Alright, I'm curious. What is your take on childhood trauma? I've heard some people recently say that some people overplay their childhood trauma and use it as an excuse to act the way that they're acting or do behaviors that they're, you know, that they're doing. So how does that affect you and your kids? Are people overplaying childhood traumas? Do you think they're using as an excuse? I'm sure a lot of people have it worse than others. And then if you do have a childhood trauma, how does that affect you and your parenting and how you raise your kids? immunization.
This is a very good question on yeah it definitely does affect on me I just go through on a lot of things as I was little so now that I have a son has definitely affect me
Some people over play their trauma in general like you can have two different people in the same situation and one will act like it's not that big of a deal and the other one will overexaggerate
I would say that definitely childhood trauma is a thing we all have been through, but it's our own responsibility to acknowledge that and accept we need help and
Yeah, I totally agree with you. I think taking responsibility for that once you recognize it is very important so that you don't harm yourself or others in the long run, especially if you have kids.
