Alright what is your best advice to somebody for staying healthy how do you say healthy for me and say can you go to work out at least 3 to 4 times a week for meditate at least 3 to 4 times a week and just eat good food to me and rubbish food your body is a temple your body is a car and got a few little good for you

Oh literally this is something that really helped me out because layovers can you help my day and stuff but basically you really craving like a sandwich or something just say later don't say no to say later because some reason it works for you had for some reason

Food is the foundation of health because your body is literally made of what you eat. So if a good 90% of everything you put in your mouth existed 300 years ago, then you will be healthy, most likely.

The best advice I can give is to stay focused, you know, have a picture of yourself in mind. If I do this now, how will it affect me later? How will I look later? You know what I mean? You gotta picture yourself.
