Alright what is your best advice to somebody for staying healthy how do you say healthy for me and say can you go to work out at least 3 to 4 times a week for meditate at least 3 to 4 times a week and just eat good food to me and rubbish food your body is a temple your body is a car and got a few little good for you
For me I'd say really paying attention to you what you're putting inside your body the sugar content the salt content and then also making sure that you're getting enough water intake to keep yourself hydrated and well managed
I would say avoid junk food, especially eating out if you can't avoid it. Me personally, I eat in home cooked meals, lots of protein, peanuts, nuts, water, I only drink water.
Honestly just to kind of stay active you don't necessarily have to lift weights but you're not going on a walk or doing whatever work out you like and you know being mindful of the food you put into your body
I feel a diet is the way man if you have a good day you I feel like that kind of encourages your pushes you to do like a workout or something or at least go for a walk or something you know like it's not gonna fit
