What do y'all do to remedy your procrastination? I am a procrastinator. I work very well under pressure. However, I'm always stressed and I'm always agitated after not yet before said event is supposed to occur. And then afterwards I'm still hemmed up. And then not only that, I'm tired this fuck, what do y'all do to alleviate your procrastination? Because I don't know. I don't know. It's not looking too good for me. I got the test on Friday.
Okay, because I know I'm one of those people I like to put things off and I do get easily agitated because I am a procrastinator. I try to do a little bit of everything a day. It don't matter how long, just a little bit, just to make sure I got something done.
At least you're doing something because I don't do anything. It's like paralysis. Like I will have so much to do and then go take a nap. I'll be upset.
So I'm a procrastinator as well and I just kind of said along to my phone like the things that absolutely have to get done And then I just one two three. Okay, let's do it now Now I still procrastinate, but not nearly as much as I did, and honestly I have improved using this method.
A remedy is the thing about it like this if you get it over with I'm not gonna do it no more like us procrastinators we lazy as a bitch so if we just get it over with we can just be lazy and not have to do nothing bro before it's too late or some shit

You just got to get up and deal with it, and I know it's hard. I know it is, but You know you just you got to do it. You just you just have to and it sucks but you got to really sit down and focus.
Yeah, I feel this too. Like, I normally have to be like, all right, just get up. And then I have to like, con myself into doing things. Like, if you get up, you can go ahead and get you some ice cream at 6.30 in the morning. and then I end up doing everything.
Yeah, this is dope. I normally have a planner and I love planners for the most part. Mostly because I get to see things like in list format and I get to not be so overwhelmed with everything that I have to do.

Writing lists I love writing list like I say it like just doing anything to get your yourself organized and be like I'm gonna do this and that and that and then when you cross things off your list like an actual dopamine release
