Is there any apps people recommend for gym or for fitness? I use my fitness pal, helps me track my calories. I know how much my calorie intake is and I can see how much calories I'm burning. So it helps me keep track of my bulk or my cut when I've started to go.
Also the heavy app HEVY it's good for tracking workouts. It gives you rewards. There's a community you can reach out to friends but that's what I use to track all my workouts each day too and it tracks your heart rate, calories.
