Regarding to fitness and nutrition, I am well aware that we have to, you know, consume carbs that are, you know, like bread, not not bread, like potatoes, rice, not processed carbs, just like pasta or bread or salt cookies. I just try to avoid at at all costs these foods, especially when I know I'm not going to be able to do some workouts and keep up with that routine. But I love rice in all presentations.
Rice and potatoes are really my favorite. Oh my gosh, it's so hard. I try to limit or at least not eat too too much. But yeah, those two for sure. Potatoes more so.
