The following is the recipe for Cucumber salad. 2 cucumbers thinly sliced, half red onion thinly sliced, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Mix it in a bowl together with sliced cucumbers and red onion. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the vegetables. You can add salt and pepper as you like and you can put it in the fridge during 30 minutes before serving.
