What types of diet have you tried? Personally I'm not really a diet type of person but I would take any healthy ways of eating and add it to what I already do which is trying to eat out the less processed foods. Sometimes I do processed foods but everything in moderation I think and portion control. Definitely.
So basically I've never tried to diet because all these little skinny people think like they're so fat phobic it's not even fucking funny. I think that people need to respect fat people.

I don't know if this is a diet it's not for purposes of losing weight but I've had lotta issues and right now I can't have any gluten sugars including fruit dairy grains rice starches so pretty hard
Wow, I'm sorry to hear that sounds really hard. I have a lot of allergies as well But I don't know what I'll do if I can't eat rice nice. but the only thing I can eat and you can't eat gluten so maybe some bread
I don't know maybe some bread and um I don't know if you can have plantain Oh god, I hope you get better soon. You probably have to look at like I don't know over countries food because there's something called plantain I don't think that has gluten.

That gluten one would be a bummer, it's in everything. But I do have allergies to dairy, I haven't had dairy in maybe 20 years. that is hard as well but yeah was there a reason why you wanted to do gluten free?
Wow I didn't even know there was this no carbs no carbohydrates diet until recently well this month when I watched the video always low sugar because of appearance but it's low carbs or no carbohydrates.
