So I've been debating what type of whey protein I should get. A lot of people are suggesting isolate but I think concentrate is also a good choice because it's a little less money and it offers almost the same amount of protein. So I'd like your guys take on this. What do you use? Do you use isolate or do you use concentrate? And yeah, if you can answer that question.
For me in my personal experience I've only taken Iceland way protein and it's worked just fine so yeah I don't know why I wouldn't switch personally but I might try concentrates to see the difference
Personally I've only as I said that we protein Havanese concentrate on it's perfectly fine for me but I guess maybe meet you might have to try Cosita just see the difference
