It is so common now on social media and everywhere else for people to be talking about detoxes and why you need to do them and the next, you know, skinny detox tea that you need to be buying, blah, blah, blah, whatever. If you don't know already, you don't need to be doing detoxes. Our body naturally detoxes itself. and I'm not gonna get into depth with it, but that's just how it works. You don't need any product, pill, tea, supplement, whatever that says it's gonna help you detox because usually it'll just make you crap yourself and, you know, get rid of a lot of water weight and make you look skinny, but it's not healthy at the end of the day. So anytime anybody's trying to sell you some form of detox, run in the other direction, okay? If you've ever tried any detoxes or anything like that, I want to hear your stories, so So let me know below.
Yeah I agree that those pills and supplements are all BS and are super heavy for your body but I do believe that naturally taxes are necessary for some people not everyone but for example me personally I had a lot of bloating in cashews for years and I don't know what's going on I finally saw his doctor and I did a detox through him in the detox was technically me just removing processed sugars processed foods carbs no carbs I mean gluten dairy
Yes the detox rated with my doctor was just me removing gluten processed sugars processed foods dairy and eating whole meals and cooking things are good for my God like bone broth kefir stuff like that and I naturally detox that way because I was stripping the parasites and all the issues my body and feeding good bacteria so I think those detox instead of the good not the pills that you're talking about or like people
I love this. I'm so glad that you expanded a little more on it because I didn't want to get too much into it in just like a couple minutes. But yes, those are like very natural ways that everybody should be detoxing. You know, like we're all addicted to sugar. Sugar is not great for you, especially processed sugars and foods. So it's so good to like cut those out of your diet if you can. So good for you. That's awesome.
Yeah I completely agree with you I am sorry if only you you as you know but I'm from the UK but people like from the UK to Millie think that type of stuff like that all the rubbish and stuff it's a complete waste of time
A lot of people especially in the US like you said I'm not sure I'm not from the UK but I see it all over social media just like believing these things promoting these things so it's just ridiculous
Yeah, I agree with you. I think a lot of the tox products only make people go to the bathroom more and not maybe keep a lot of liquids in their body and that's why they weight less. but yeah, it's only short term and it's not really body fat.
