So I want to know if you guys take creatine or if you've taken it in the past. Maybe you know somebody that's taken it or is currently taking it. I just started taking it almost two weeks ago. This Friday will be two weeks and it's a really great supplement. Our body produces it naturally, but when we take it in its powder form, mixed with water, you got to make sure you're drinking a lot of water in addition to it. Basically what it does is it pumps water like into your muscles so it can make you look stronger But it can also help with you know recovery and being able to push yourself extra during sets at the gym Making you you know stronger, so it's a very good supplement So I want to know your experience with creatine. so let me know below.
Are used to take it I have nothing against it all ages I've been really bad at remembering to take it so I actually still have some I'm trying to kind of restart that I know the body naturally produces it but I do like incorporating it in my day today as well
It's actually so funny that you ask because I've been seeing the ad come up on TikTok so I did decide to go ahead and buy it and I've been staring at it for like a week and a half because I'm so scared to take it I don't know what's going to happen in like a
So I've been taking it now. Actually tomorrow will be two weeks and I'll say like I haven't noticed anything yet but they do say it'll take like maybe like two to three weeks or a month to like notice anything. So I guess I'll let you know if I notice anything, if I look stronger or if I feel better but yeah so far it's been fine.
Thank you so much I appreciate that cause I was already thinking like the one that I got is from TikTok it's called one soul creatine and it says to take like one scoop pre-workout and then one scoop post workout I think I may do like half a scoop and half of school because it's 2500 mg of creatine
Yeah, probably do half a scoop. The one that I have is from Optimum Nutrition. I got it at GNC, it's a pretty good brand. But it says take five grams. So I don't know what that is in milligrams actually, but just make sure.
That's really interesting because I haven't heard of any side effects, but I don't know a lot about it I feel like I hear more about the benefits. Do you, could you like talk about some side effects that you know of? I'm interested.
I used to tell you, creatine, it does help as far as keeping you more energized to get through your workouts. So they dependent on the person cause creatine is strong.
Yeah, that's good to know and I feel like I'm already noticing that already. Like this past week, I just feel like I've had more energy to get stuff done during my workout.
I just started and they are in a pill form. I know some people take them like powder, like kind of looks like protein powder and they scoop it into their protein. So I don't know, I don't know what would be the proper way to take it.
Heard of the pills too and honestly I don't think there's probably much of a difference but they just take the powder and put it into like little empty pill packets, so I'm sure you're fine.
Yeah I take it in my pre-workout every morning and I found it yet my arm my muscle strength has increased and volume as well it's really a great supplement to take
Awesome and so good to hear. I'm only like on my second week now of taking it So I think I'm still kind of waiting to see the difference, but yeah, I've been taking it every day. So that's exciting
So I usually take it, not right before my workout, but I do take it in the morning, like after I have breakfast and water and coffee, just so I don't forget to take it, because if I don't take it then I won't take it the rest of the day. I don't really think it's a thing for like what time you take it, but I think you just have to take it consistently for like a few weeks to see results.
I personally do not take it but I would like to learn more about it before I get into taking it from litres are beneficial to even tears and isn't that good in the long run does have like any health benefits of a negative health benefits anything that
Creatine is naturally produced in our bodies already. It's a really safe substance. It's been really well researched and studied. Basically what it does, it tops off the limit that you already have in your body. So it helps you be able to like lift more, have more energy, recover with muscle soreness in between like sessions and then it also pumps water into your muscles.
