Cool, I wish I knew someone from the sixth grade, but my longest friendship, someone I met sophomore year in high school, I believe, and we're still friends. She lives in a completely different state, but we still are in contact, so I like that.

Damn, so I'm still holding on to friendships that I've had since I was about nine years old. So going on 21 years now. A solid two decades. With a couple homies too.

My longest friendship is with somebody who was my former neighbor. I was four and she was five when we met and we're still good friends to this day. She goes on the other side of the country and yeah, we're still in great touch.

But for some random reason we disappeared from each other's lives for some period but we were reunited back again like a year ago. So yeah, that's my oldest friendship.

Yeah, that's normal. People, you know, people have lives and people grow apart and start learning new things. But if it's a true friendship, you know, you can always reconnect at whatever point and phase you are in your life. That's awesome.
