So I want to know if you guys take creatine or if you've taken it in the past. Maybe you know somebody that's taken it or is currently taking it. I just started taking it almost two weeks ago. This Friday will be two weeks and it's a really great supplement. Our body produces it naturally, but when we take it in its powder form, mixed with water, you got to make sure you're drinking a lot of water in addition to it. Basically what it does is it pumps water like into your muscles so it can make you look stronger But it can also help with you know recovery and being able to push yourself extra during sets at the gym Making you you know stronger, so it's a very good supplement So I want to know your experience with creatine. so let me know below.
No I'm not currently taking creatine but I am I am I start I know I've seen a lot of people download take a new season incredible result so it might be worth a little go see how it works for me but no not at the moment I'm not taking creatine
I currently take creatine I've been taking it for about maybe like a month and a half as of right now and I do see a lot more straight results when it comes in to the gym and of course recovery I don't suffer from Dahms as bad anymore but hey look I enjoy it take two times a day and I just have fun
