Yo yo what's going on guys so a quick one. Do any of you experience gym anxiety? For me I don't really ever. I mean maybe years ago when I first started you know just the usual shyness and just thinking everyone's watching me but now it's just literally my zone. I don't really pay attention to anyone unless I see an interesting exercise and I might implement it in in my own schedule but I also have a friend who's just started gym as well and they want tips on how to overcome this. So what would you guys think?
For me personally I did experience Jim excited when I first tooth out the window but I have to overcome its normal I want to stay in the lanes to don't work I normally bother you
