Alright, another one, my stereo people. Do you do stretching before bed? I know that David Goggins, who's my favourite fitness influencer, does at least two hours before he goes to bed, right? Which I think is incredible. But for me, I usually do basic stretching, I guess like 10-15 minutes of it. and just wanted to know, you know, how long you guys do it for and what these seem to benefits of stretching before bed. Yeah, let me know.
It's really good to stretch before bed. It can help you get a better night's sleep and kind of not wake up as stiff if that makes sense. But I feel like I haven't been in the routine of doing it recently. I used to do it. Maybe I should start doing it again.
