Hey guys, it's been a hot minute since I've been on and I'm sorry for that. I well I'm not sorry for that. I desperately needed to scale back the things I was doing to really focus on and get a clear Image for where I needed to be and what I needed to be doing and now that I feel a little bit more centered with that I am back. I don't know for how long but I'm back for today at least So fill me in on how your guys's weekend went. I miss you all I can't wait to talk to you guys all today. And yeah, our weekend was good. We actually went out of town for our first kid free weekend since we had our last vacation when I was eight weeks pregnant with my son who is four. So it's been a hot minute. We needed a little break. It wasn't long enough, but that's okay. Okay, it was still a very nice little treat.

I am glad that you are back. You know, sometimes we just need to step back, take a break and, you know, re-center ourselves. Our weekend was pretty good. We really didn't do a whole lot just because it was freezing cold all weekend. Saturday we had my little sister's birthday party and then Sunday we kind of just chilled at home and did like a Sunday fun day. I just did whatever and yeah that's about it.

I am glad that you guys got to get away for the weekend and that was a village reserved and needed a vacation that you guys had and take as much time as you need and do what is best for you but I am so glad to hear you again and hear you back on here and I just enjoy listening to you and following your journey

No need to ever apologize for taking a break and figuring things out like everybody's Gotta do it sometimes but also I'm really glad that you're safe from your crazy haunted hotel weekend no but seriously I am can't wait to listen to your next clips to find out what happened to K I'm gonna go do that
