Alright, my spiritual people, do you think your spirituality has affected your mental and or physical health? And how so? I think for me it definitely has. When I had my spiritual awakening, a lot of my chronic illness symptoms went away. So yeah, just curious to see if anyone's had a similar experience.

For me, a lot of my physical symptoms are still unfortunately still very much in me. Like you. But in terms of mental health, my spirituality has helped me to build upon an armor to battle anything that my physical body is providing me into health. gave me, like my spirituality gave me, uh, afforded to.

It gave me a foided tooth to continue prussian to continue nurturing my body to not be angry with the vessel that I'm currently at So last year I had surgery and Month before the surgery I was extremely angry with my vessel and my spirituality was teaching me how to to be strong.

Because at the end of the day without my spural charity I don't think I would be able to continue pushing forward specifically where there's a lot of physical pain but the charity really helped me to to guide through the pain and you know at the very end there is hope there is healing and that was something I really wanted for.
