I want to know what your all thoughts on therapy are. Going to therapy is a good thing? A bad thing? Should it only be utilized under certain situations? Do you think everyone needs therapy? Have you gone to therapy? I personally think that therapy makes me a better person. I think that everyone has trauma triggers, whether we've been through a lot of trauma or or we just have like conditioning from our family dynamics growing up that we can afford to change. So we're not projecting onto other people, but I think that it is very useful for everyone. So I'm kind of an advocate for going. But yeah, so I do have a therapist, I'm wondering what your thoughts are.
I believe that therapy can be very beneficial you know to speak to a trusted counsellor or you know mentor someone who's qualified to help you unpack those things that may have still been out to still be affecting you from your childhood you know I pray I speak to God and I know that he's my ultimate healer but he does equip people to help and support you in those areas of emotional and mental health and so I highly recommend it for people who need that
Honestly I believe in the word therapy I just don't believe in therapist any anybody that get monetizes anything is always going to look to monetize and I feel like there's no healing in that you know why would they send me off healed him if knowing that they won't get paid anymore so just because of capitalism and the way we the world
Yeah like I say I just don't think people can be genuine once money becomes involved so therapy I feel like I should be amongst friend friends and family and people you trust But to go to a therapist Yeah I just I just I can't get away because there are people to and they have a motions and they mess up to
I believe if you want therapy, you go and get therapy and you can go and better yourself and do that for yourself to help you heal or just to help you in general with life and with yourself. Meaning we have the means to go. I say go.
There are so many different versions of therapy. You can do sound bath therapy, Hertz frequency therapy, immersion therapy. They have this one therapy where they allow people to like, it's some type of energy clearing therapy where they allow people to like scream and cry it out. Very interesting. So yeah, therapy is dope. You got traditional therapy and then you got a whole bunch of other new kinds that are are also amazing.
Yeah, I think everyone could use it, but it really just comes down to the therapist. So I mean, I've had a couple, previous one was not very good and it's really hard when you have social anxiety to get out of it. But now I've got a good one and I feel like, you know, this is, it's really actually starting to help. So it really just, I hope people can find the right one because if you don't, it can be really hard to kind of pull apart. I think if you can get a right one, I think everyone should have it because there's always something all of us could work on, I think.
