What's your favorite simple but high-protein meal that you've made for me it's it's actually really simple it was a cucumber kind of bowl with rice and shrimp on it and just make some veggies on the side and it is so delicious and it's so quick to make to because shrimp it doesn't take long to cook rice it takes probably 15 minutes and just cut up the cucumber it is the best
So this is so boring and so bland honestly. I just take a chicken breast and I cut it into like like tender strips you know what I mean I sauce it up and season it real good And that's it.
No girl you're not boring lol if you are than I am to that's what I usually do when I can't figure out what to eat or when I know that I needed I need to hit my protein intake I just get a bunch of chicken make it on this either stove in the air fryer and I just let it cook with a bunch of seasoning and either eat it with rice or with some type of salad on the side
yeah for a look it's like my core is always laugh moon because like if we talk about like what we have for dinner I just be like oh I had some chicken and they like chicken and what no like sometimes just chicken like I had chicken tenders. That's it. I barely didn't have fries. No, just chicken.
That sounds very delicious in a food looks pretty good in the oven and the video I mean the picture that was like sushi almost but the food I'll do or mute I make for high proteins in the morning as I scrambled eggs yogurt and Asiya Greek yogurt and then I'll do a toast with peanut butter on top and bananas I'm slices on top as well

Thank you I'm a foodie so I'm always looking for different recipes and it's really simple all you have to do is just focus on the carbs proteins and veggies that's it if your meal has all three then you're good
For me, what I've been loving right now, especially since I'm back in the gym, is a turkey protein bowl. So it's basically just, I use rice, black beans, avocados, bell peppers, onions, and ground turkey. And that pretty much helps me get really close to meeting my protein goal for the day.
