So yesterday I had forgotten to eat because I was too busy working and I realize that until I was 11 PM almost 12 AM and my stomach was just growling from how hungry was so I just ended up getting a quick protein snack and that's all I ate for the rest of the night and today I was about to make the same mistake again so instead of jumping on a new project I made myself a meal and then ended up being one of the best ones all week but this is a reminder to neglect your health neglect your self and eat to not forget to eat

Yes, I forget to eat all the time. If I get focused on whatever work I'm doing, then it's super easy for me to forget to be hungry. but like the second I sit down it's like oh my god I want to eat everything and everything in front of me.
You see you get me because sometimes you just get a little too distracted with work but the moment that we see the clock or like you said it we sit down that's when it hits us and we're like oh dang so then we go to refrigerator we devour everything
