Alright so my question is what do you think the best form called was so do you think it is my treadmill running outside boxing maybe playing football or doing some other transport let me know

Well for me, yeah, I hate, you know, treadmill and like running in general, but one thing that has helped me lose weight is doing cardio that you enjoy. So for example, I enjoy football and basketball, so that's the best form of cardio I like.

I love walking, hiking, using the treadmill, going on like the stair master is a great workout and I feel like it just like gives you a lot of energy and you feel that workout more so those would be my favorite.

Going on a cycling bike for me is the best form of cardio. Well of course running but I don't get to run as often and the cycling bike just kicks my ass. Oh my gosh, it really is such a good workout. Highly recommend.

I would say the treadmill for me personally, you know, I also like I think cardio should be maybe sport specific So obviously if you do rowing as a sport you go on the row machine, stuff like that.

I feel like going on walks because you know there's therapeutic reasoning behind that and also going on cycles. I feel like going on cycles is a bangin' for my cardio.

As a pen, what you need to work out? If you need to work out on your legs, the treadmill, if you need to work out on your chest, chest, you know what I'm saying, just do push-ups. Well to be fair sex spray goodbye don't get that so am I mean William this is away alright wrestling play me my boy we just all randomly decided we're gonna do the wrestler fun because funny right Keep upright and I should Burns it's fun as well and it kills time because football is like in 10 minutes if feels like we burn more calories in on a treadmill for like an hour

I feel like running outside playing a sport or jump roping is the best way to get cardio because honestly if I'm working out in a gym on a treadmill I get bored really quick and I'm counting down every single second until the workout is done. So anything that gives you like a lot of extra movement and some good scenery and is fun so it distracts you from the workout, that's my thing.
