Alright, so my question is here. Do you think it's important to take naps throughout the day? Because I know some people love napping, you know, and fair enough had a busy day or not a little nap won't hurt But do you think they're important or do you think I don't really need to nap?
I am a proponent of listening to your body and if it says I need to rest or take a nap to go for it Just the trouble is when that little nap can turn into like a two-hour long thing and then you're up all night but Listening to your body is always a good thing, I think.
It depends what you mean by naps because I've got a friend that naps for about four hours. That's not a nap, that's basically sleeping. you know power naps one hour long that should be perfect
