Okay, I have an ADHD hack for scheduling my day. So what I started doing was because I do not like to make to do this. I just don't want to take the time to make them and write them in a planner and like have to keep referring back to it. And so I figured out if I just go into Instagram right before I go to bed and I take a picture of like the ceiling or something. Then in the text I'll just put the main bullet points of what I need to get done the next day. I'll take a screenshot of that and then I'll set it as my wallpaper. So every morning when I wake up it's right there. I don't have to worry about forgetting anything and then also I don't need to do anything to refer back to my to-do list because I'm always with my phone and so it's just right there as my lock screen.
I know exactly what you mean. Like before this I would try to write it down in my notes or like on paper and then I would walk away from it and forget it was there and then not come back to it. So this is good because I always have my phone with me so I just see it anytime I try to like open an app, it'll be right there in my face and then I'll remember what I was doing.
That's a really good idea. I feel like I always make to-do lists, either on my notes app or in a paper planner and then I just lose them or forget to open the app. So that's a good idea.
That's exactly my problem too and the amount of time it takes to like go find a planner, write everything down, keep it organized like this. I can just do really quick and Instagram stories which I'm already using Instagram for work anyway.
Oh wow I have never heard any of this method before I would say it wouldn't be so convenient for me because it would basically force me to see my iPhone like every five minutes since I basically have like short term memory but
I think I still rather are use the pen and paper because if I have to double check what are the activities on my phone probably I'm going to start scrolling like it's some crazy on TikTok and Instagram so that won't be convenient for me
Yeah like I also realize that like I don't I don't really like I don't even attached to things like the corporate world and away and so writing things down in my phone and giving myself structure and being really strict on me is really nice because I also am closer to myself and it comes to like Working on stuff so it kind of helps but still I think I'm on medication for it
I'm not gonna lie, doing this is probably harder than making a tittle list. I mean I gotta take the cell feed and I actually have to write down what I need to do and then put it as my log screen. Now how hard it is to put something as your log screen in an iPhone, I have to click four buttons just to get there.
