Do you guys prioritise getting enough sleep each night for me definitely when I need to go sleep I need to make sure I'm getting at least seven or eight hours sleep I don't like the idea of sleeping 56 hours on the sleep and I think soup is very important and I love my sleep let me know
Yes, I definitely do. I make sure that I get at least like around seven hours worth of sleep, which is what I need. Otherwise, I can't function correctly and And also, I believe that if people who don't get enough sleep, they have higher stress levels and then they age really badly.
Yes definitely I need my beauty sleep like quite literally if I get a good sleep I wake up feeling refreshed and I feel like I look pretty good and you know my mind feels good and my body feels good and I know so many things happen when we're sleeping that we're unaware of and it's so important to get a good sleep so I definitely prioritize going to bed at like at least 10 maybe 11
