So it seems to me that no matter where I turn, no matter who I'm talking to, hearing from, seeing, it just seems like no matter what, everyone is going through something. And obviously it's normal to have a roller coaster of ups and downs in life. So what's a quote or saying that helps you get through tough times? Because for me, it's, stars can't shine without darkness. When I first heard that phrase, I was obviously smitten with it because it reminded me of my self-worth and I really hope that all the quotes that we end up saying to each other in life gets us through to better days. Yeah, it's absolutely natural to go through things. For me, when I'm going through my own stuff, I realize I'm not in the present moment. And maybe my nervous system is reacting in a way that it did in the past and I don't feel safe. So something to bring me back is this. The only real thing that is happening is right now. Now I am safe.

Mine is similar in nature, but now really. Light is born out of darkness, so prosperity is born out of hardship. Overcoming is born out of perseverance. The person being is born out of your trials and tribulations.
