So I know we all go through phases in life, especially with food. And back in college, I was obsessed with yogurt bowls. And I don't know why lately, but I've been craving doing that again. So I just want to know, are you a fan of yogurt bowls or if you've never had one? I would definitely would be happy to recommend toppings that you can put. I typically go for a granola and some fruit and then you can add chia seeds or hemp seeds or whatever kind of, you know, seeds you like. That is if you are a fan of them to begin with. But I promise you, it's delicious and it's so much more fulfilling than just having yogurt by itself. So there's that.
