Personally, any physical activity, if I'm like at the gym or if I'm riding bikes or if I'm swimming, this helps my stress a lot.

Me too, I, it's like 80% of like my mental health coping strategy is just moving my body. It helps so much.

I'm trying to work on this at the moment because I'm really bad at this. What I tend to do now is just bottle it all up and then I'll have a breakdown every few months, but I've started journaling and making voice notes of a summary of my day and I think that helps me sort of check in on my stress levels.
