Everybody has different goals no matter what point of year it is, but because summer is here already I want to ask you guys do you have any health or fitness goals? You're hoping to accomplish before the fall starts because for me I actually know of a good friend of mine who she basically hosts this like running challenge And I'm hoping to join in this year and then in terms of health just eating a lot more cleaner and also cutting back on takeout and and you know Uber Eats, Door Dash, you get the point. But yeah, I feel like those are pretty okay realistic goals. So yeah, I wanna hear from you guys and let me know if there's anything fun that I can join in as well. All good.
