Whenever I share something about fitness, people often tell me what time of day they work out and I figured I asked that question here. So guys, tell me, do you work out in the morning or do you tend to work out later in the day like afternoon slash evening, night time? You get the point. For me, I'm a morning person and I get anxious if I don't do my workout first thing in the morning. So I definitely try to work out as soon as I can and then shower, eat breakfast, and carry on with my day knowing that I completed something. But yeah back in high school I worked down the morning and then after school I would go to the gym and do a second workout and I was thinking about doing that again. So if any of you guys are working out twice a day please let me Let me know how that's going. I would love to hear from you.
