Do you guys ever get shinsplints and if you don't know Shane Spencer is basically you need to solve a lot of cardio so a lot of running or anything how long is Lions and the muscles and your shin just aches and hurts all the time emoji stops you from there any any size I figured that quite a lot I just get colour of the recently I'm just wondering if any of you guys great
When I was younger I used to get shin splints all the time and I think that was because I used to always go running outside like on the streets and on the concrete especially like for track and long distance I always used to do that and it just really messed up my legs and so I've learned to not do that if I am going to go running like do it in the grass or on treadmill but not for very long.
I used two loads but I stopped running for a bit now that I'm running like a load again I actually thought I would but I really don't anymore but never ever ever ever
