So typically I like to start my day off with my morning routine which consists of first waking up I'll pray first thing in the morning of course and then I will follow up with journaling as I'm journaling I will play a motivational podcast in the background as I'm doing that and then once I'm done with that I'll meditate for about 10 minutes doing my breathing in and out breathing and then I will go ahead to my bathroom I'll wash my face and brush my teeth as I'm doing that I'm playing affirmation sounds in the background too and then when I'm through with all that then I will go downstairs and now fix me some breakfasts so that's like my little mini morning routine that I do most mornings every morning I try because did you know that a morning routine can brighten your day your mood and it gives you more energy during the day and it can reduce anxiety boost your productivity levels and make you feel better overall.
One thing I love to do is make my bed in the morning, open up my blinds, and get the sunlight in. Sometimes I'll just get a coffee and go for a walk immediately just to get the chemicals moving.
The sunlight with the coffee and a walk in the morning sounds like a whole vibe. It sounds very relaxing. I tend to do that a few times a week, but I need to make that a consistent thing as well. Thank you for sharing.
