I don't know if anyone else does this but after I have dinner I like to go for a walk to burn like calories and to get some fitness and after eating I'd like to do that because it makes me feel all that so heavy and the sitting in one spot after eating like to get my body move it to make the food burn faster oh let's go on a walk oh my spells we go together at first he didn't it was a really big on doing it but now he loves going for walks as well after dinner and I think it's a good habit to make like going for a walk after eating something because I know you said the food was literally sitting on your body Nezha you gain weight will you eat at Mile used to move your body is easier for the food breakdown in a calories to burn so like it's a good habit to insert to add to your daily life routine
I love walking after meals after dinner especially because you get like tired right and you can sometimes get like blood sugar you know drops or whatever but I do want to say that don't worry about like eating and like gaining weight like if you don't go on a walk for like a week after you eat you're not gonna gain any more weight just from the meal sitting in there is still gonna process it's still gonna break down but yeah get it going for a walk afterwards it's such a good habit to get into

I also like trying to eat some fruit too for dessert or like part of your dessert to have some fruit So it's like you get in some healthy sugars versus like refined sugars That really I think goes a long way into like to digest and digest the process but yeah also the walk is very important as well especially before bed.
