Do you eat breakfast I would really love to know I personally am a huge believer in eating breakfast especially for women I've noticed it at work so so much what I don't like I'm just so much more stressed out all morning if I don't eat and if I eat I'm way more calm

I haven't eaten breakfast regularly for 15 to 20 years up until recently. Like within the past six months I've been having breakfast more often than not. There's some days where I'm just in a rush and I don't have time but most days I do like to have breakfast now which I think is you know good for my health which is a big part of why I started.
