After about a month of doing yoga twice to once to twice a week I am finally able to sit or whatever it's called in a crow pose I'm to now trying to build my strength to hold the pose for 20 seconds cause that's the goal but I am so happy I finally got off the ground and like did it fall on my face finally
Trying to on my 15 years old I saw this like pose a few months ago I was at Dell school I tried it either for like three3 seconds and then I sailed I don't know I do what you thought about this being hot
Oh my God I also had a phase where I was trying to do this and I was very close and then Candace gave up but it is actually a little a lot easier than it looks
It is easier than it looks when you know how to do it properly and that's why I guess I'm so excited that I finally learn the form into doing it now I just camp need to build up the strength to hold the pose
I have too many failure videos I literally I'm I'm surprise I haven't broke my nose trying to try this clothes as many times if I dry it and fell on my face
