I recently tried bar pilates for the first time ever. I've done pilates in my home. I've never done pilates on a former machine. So when I did bar- oh my goodness, bar pilates, I thought it was gonna be fairly easy. It was not. The movements are so small and controlled that you are working muscles that I I didn't even know I had and then you look around and it's like a class of older women and you're like Yeah, I definitely got this. No, they are shitting on me when it comes to the strength. Oh my goodness Do you guys take any classes like that Pilates bar? yoga what do you guys take
