So for me personally I've always done cardio regardless of my goal so even when I was trying to put on weight I still did cardio and I was just wondering do you think you should cardio should be a mandatory thing regardless of what your goal is because of its other benefits. Let me know.

I'm here for me movement is really important nothing movement is very important aspect of being a human so why yeah I'd say do it I know a lot of people in the book they just wanna save the energy about I'd rather be strong and be able to move
