Alright, so no one wants to be injured, especially long term injuries. So I just wanted to know what is the best way, what is the best exercises to prevent injury, what was the best way to prevent injury when exercising. Let me know.

Yeah injuries deafly are not fun I had my fair share of those honestly making sure you're properly warming up and cooling down and focusing on mobility movements two are all like big key factors that I had to learn the hard way because I didn't know any better and then I just didn't listen so I'm listening now to prevent future injuries

Personally I think dynamic stretching and if you're lifting weights for example do the exercise without weights just to kind of familiarise yourself with the movement.

So I see you do is ice bath stretch before your workout and also have a cool down workout so after you had like an interesting session just going to Chapmans walk slowly Loose Ends you know

Honestly, the main thing would probably be stretching. Stretching is the best way to avoid that shit.
