Alright, what are the best foods to eat before and after exercise? Let me know. Obviously, they both would have different goals. So before you want something to give you energy to get you through your workout. And I'm assuming afterwards you'd get something high in protein or for recovery or something, surely. So yeah, but let me know.

I am in the normal advice would be like carbs and protein before and after workout for me personally I think I have my best sessions and I have like a like a fruit before massage like an apple or banana or whatever

say the best foods to eat before exercising would be like a good carb source so like maybe like a banana or like a sandwich or of some kind a little protein wouldn't hurt you but really the carbs are going to give you the energy and then afterwards definitely just a good meal like a solid meal protein, carbs, veggies, fats, good meal, the refuel.
