So when you are shopping doing your like day-to-day or daily grocery shopping do you try to stay away from like the processed foods or does it matter to you for me I am eating healthier so I try to stay far far far far away from processed foods only because I know the dangers it is like it's connected to cancer in the biggest one of all is colon cancer and eating processed food is not really that good for your health just because it's premade and have lotta like chemicals and she used to it but another option or another way to avoid processed food as a study eating like canned fruit OK vegetables you can up for eating dried fruit Some frozen fruit or just a fresh fruit by itself or fresh vegetables or the dried vegetables or frozen vegetables is usually go for the frozen vegetables this is last last longer in the freezer that's my go to and also stay away from items as bacon hotdogs and burgers ground beef but they do have a unprocessed version so if you are going to eat that make sure you get the one that is uncured and organic so you could be on the safe side and try to up for whole wheat instead of white whole wheat is a more natural I am bread then white white bread is bleach so it's not natural so yeah

I definitely try to stay away from processed food because it can make you fat and I'm one person that's over like I'm 51 going on 52 even though I don't look like it. Yes but processed food is definitely not good for you. but I will eat it sometime, but just in low moderation.

Sorry that is one of my reasons why I don't eat it because I like it makes my stomach really big and bloated but only eat every once in a while like fast food but that's about it I cook most of the time so it's easier for me not to eat processed food

Yeah we try to cook more on as well at home because that I didn't notice like when you eat stuff like from the can of different things like that you do get like unnecessary bloating and all that stuff nothing that's just from the ingredient that they have in it

While I'm super aware that processed food is pretty bad for you and contains a lot of chemicals and things like that, organic stuff is just so expensive.

Yeah, I learned about that not too long ago. So now it's hard for me to buy processed foods, but I try my best to stay far away from it and pick and choose which food is important to buy or not. I believe it's expensive.

I would say that I rather just to grab fresh fruit like in the place that I live it's just so affordable and common just to buy seasonal fruits I'm not a big fan of

I'm not a big fan of canned fruit or frozen food at all yeah on the other side I consciously do not avoid any processed food like I am aware that it's not that healthy

Yes I try to stay away from processed food as much as possible I know somethings are kind of like an evitable but I am just pay attention to the nutrition facts and while I'm grocery shopping usually works for me
