I agree in a certain sense. I believe that the wife, if she wants a job, she can have a job, and if the husband wants to help out in the kitchen or clean up and stuff like that or do laundry on days where his wife is not able to, then all for it. Equalness, you know?

To be at home dealing with kids all day, cooking, cleaning, and then trying to maintain the husband too? When do we have time for us?
