OK so with our healthy lifestyles do you add in any health supplements and what are you go to so do you like taking collagen do you drink greens do you take daily vitamins what things do you like or what supplements do you like to add into your routine and what makes you feel good and what are the benefits of why you take them I currently like to I kind of make this drink it's with greens and collagen like liquid collagen and it's my glow drink because my skin has feels amazing and I really am just feeling a lot less bloated and really seeing the benefits on from doing greens and collagen so those are kind of like my go to's right now obviously too I like to add in protein I'm not big on like the powder proteins as in like the sweet ones that to make smoothies anymore kind of over it I like actually I so pure which is more of like a pro Tien juice which is pretty good they have like lemonade and watermelon flavor and everything like that so sometimes I'll add that into my routine and try to think of what else I don't have anything at the moment that's coming to mind but if I do think of some thing I will drop some more arm in the comments
