Hey Stereo and my beautiful Stereo family. So I heard of this before and I ain't saying a shit no relationship guru or no shit like that because y'all know his business we all in the street but this actually made a very good point. My therapist called it active listening and I know since me and Butler have applied it in our relationship it has helped smooth over so many little arguments that is just like turning some really great deep intimate conversations. Have you guys tried active listening in your relationships? Do you think you'd be able to implement this? Is this hard for you to not be like no fuck that you can do what I got to say I'm gonna fuck what you got going on or are you able to sit back and chill and be like and listen like okay I see you're upset I hear you what do you need from me right now I feel like that's a very important part of relationships let me know in the comments
