I be having major fucking anxiety, major anxiety and I just try to a lot of the times face you know what it is to try to get through it. Again I be having anxiety about so much shit it don't make no sense. I got anxiety right now today as it has to do with my baby and I have anxiety every day about what the future looks like with him.

Hey, Gigi, hey, hey there. Well, I do have social anxiety, and I would say stereo has kind of helped me with that because it's really difficult for me to reach out and speak to people that I don't already know.

speak about whatever stresses me at the moment let the body do what it does because even if you let out anything verbally your body is gonna do what it does and stress anxiety pains is not comfortable so um yeah if you're not with medication just speak on to what bugs you right away get it off your chest verbally

I just calm down take some breaths and think positive. It works it sounds simple but it really works for me.
