You know for weekends it's a good time to unwind, relax, you know take a breather from the week especially if you do work during a weekday so it's the best time to relax. What are ways that you make time for yourself? Because a lot of times we don't make enough time for ourselves and making enough time for ourselves is very crucial because sometimes you need that alone space. You need that time to debrief, clean your mind, you know be in your own thoughts without any interruptions or people influencing your thoughts. It's good to have that space, it's good to have that alone time.

I always try to meditate, go to the gym, read a book, journal. Yeah.

That sounds so peaceful. I really love the journal as well and I just got into meditating and it's very peaceful. I do it first thing in the morning.

Yeah, those are all good things to do, especially with making sure your body is in shape and good health. And it is always good to have some type of entertainment. So watching television is nice too because, you know, it puts less stress in your brain and entertains you, you know, chill.

I like to use baths as a time for self-care. I also try to like take myself out like on little target runs or find time to read.

That sounds so peaceful. All three of those actions take time. So really making a time to put that time for you is highly important. So that sounds like a beautiful day. The bath, the reading, the shopping. That's perfect.

I make time for myself at home because that's how I can appease like my needs even if it's sitting down planning organizing a moment of silence

Yes, I love being in the house. I get to chill the way I want to chill. I can enjoy my own space. I take baths, drink the drinks I want to drink. You know, having your own home or having a home in general is very beautiful because not everyone has it.

Sometimes I just black out like 30 or even 10 minutes on my Google Calendar just to make sure I have time to reflect and you know make time for myself.

I love that I do the same thing. I have an app called Tesc, Tesc Scheduler, and then I have like another app, like a checklist thing, and I feel like organization is self care as well.

Another way for me to take time for myself is to just take myself out to dinner, eat at a bar, scroll aimlessly on my phone, or read a book, and have a glass of wine and just enjoy my dinner myself.

During my nighttime routine, I kind of just put my phone away and it's like my peaceful time. I play some music, take my time with my routine.

My favorite times is when I go on drives by myself because I just blast music and I'm just there by myself and it's a really really good time or to have self care nights at my house.

That is a vibe. I'm all for that. I love going for walks and listening to my music. I just feel like taking a breath of air in general and just having some me time is so lovely for yourself.

I tend to listen to my body more as I'm older and I like to have quiet environment so I can hear what my body needs so when I need to just lay in bed watch TV or answer a few emails that's what I would do without stepping foot out.
