Have you ever exercised twice in one day meaning like two separate workouts during the same day for example like in the morning and then later in the afternoon or morning evening or afternoon evening whatever the combination that works best for you I'm thinking about doing that twice a week and just trying to see where it goes but it's not gonna be you know like super intense but I just I haven't decided what I wanna do I'm gonna try something out tomorrow see what works for me listen to my body obviously push myself but not like way overdo it
I had a phase I used to work at peloton headquarters and we get free peloton classes and I would have to go to the city for work so I would commute an hour and a half at 5 AM take a 7 AM class at peloton studios finished up by 8:30 go to work 9 to 5 come home and then go to the gym or sometimes I would go to the gym 5 AM to 6 AM train into New York and go to work
I did go through a phase where I would do that pretty consistently and I'm actually considering doing that again but I don't for me though I doing my cardio first because I like to do fast cardio and it was not necessary but I just prefer it so do my cardio in the morning and then go back and left later Are used it at all times I'm considering doing that again
