Do you take a magnesium supplement I have been loving taking a magnesium powder daily it helps me with my sleep my mood muscle recovery and all sorts of different things I have read that pretty much everybody is deficient in magnesium and it's really important to take so I'm wondering if you take it daily this is my favourite one to take the natural, and the lemon flavour
I've tried to be more consistent with taking magnesium especially since I'm expecting because it's really important you know I do get it a lot in the in the foods that I eat but to taking the right kind of magnesium can really make a big difference with that just regulating a lot of different functions especially as a woman so I would highly recommend taking magnesium especially if you have a hard time sleeping if you have if you are pregnant and you have leg cramps and just to regulate how to regulate a lot of the chemical functions in the body
