I agree with your statement that health isn't just about what you eat. I know there's people that eat really clean and nutritious diets, but they're not healthy because their mindset isn't healthy. They might have a lot of fear and anxiety and security are very stressed and don't have proper coping mechanisms for it. So even as a health coach myself, I've always approached health holistically in body, soul, spirit and all of them have to be nurtured in order for you to really live a healthy life.
