So I wanna know what your guises current bedtime routine looks like if you have one maybe you don't but that's OK I want to know because I've been struggling with having one myself I feel like I used to be pretty good about it but like now I've been trying to you know get to bed a little earlier but I've been staying up later and like I know you want to get off your phone before bed and like you don't wanna be on any electronics and you don't wanna eat too close to bedtime I just feel like it's just been happening for me more so what are some of your favorite tips for getting a good bedtime routine
So I'm trying to not be on my phone before I sleep so currently my bedtime routine is after dinner I will just hang out for a bit watch a show and drink my chamomile and peppermint tea then I will take a shower and I will do my skin care after that which is like two stab skin care and then I will take my magnesium and get into bed and go on my phone for a bit I'm trying to remove the phone part but usually that's just what my routines been for a while
I love that that sounds like a really good routine and you know I love drinking tea so when you brought up like the chamomile peppermint tea you got me thinking about maybe like a good bedtime like sleepy tea I could buy and then also the magnesium now I've heard that helps with sleep do you you think it really does help with sleep the magnesium or like falling asleep
I don't think the magnesium helps to fall asleep I think eight in a better sleep if that makes sense like you're not gonna knock out right up you take a beer and feel calmer and your sleep will be the quality of your sleep will be better if that makes sense
