So if you don't know what mobility training is I'm here to talk about it and give you some information really quick I'm a certified personal trainer and nutritionist a lot of the clients that I train I also train on mobility so a lot of people will confuse mobility and flexibility a lot of the times because they are pretty similar and I think they go hand-in-hand the main difference is that flexibility is the ability of your muscle to stretch so you can get more flexible by stretching more doing yoga and mobility is more of the range of motion that your joints have so think about like taking your hip through like a full range of motion or your shoulder doing like a really big circle with the shoulder so that's the difference between flexibility and mobility I want to hear below if you guys you know since now you know this information how well or like how flexible are you versus how mobile are you do you know do you lack mobility or are you pretty flexible or not so much
