Usually I just take an ibuprofen. I try not to but also I try to eat warm food soup, don't drink anything cold.

Yes, I do the same and basically every eight hours I do the same. Every eight hours I take one pill.

I feel like I'm one of the lucky ones. When I'm on my period, I never have cramps.

So I do usually get cramps like either like a day or two before, it just depends. But usually I try not to take anything. If so I'll take like ibuprofen but I usually just complain about it.

Yes, I do the same, but I usually take them between hours. I mean, every eight hours, I take one pill.

On the days when I'm not working, I'll just lay in bed all day until I feel better. If it gets unbearable or if I'm at work, then I'll just take the painkillers.
